The Proposal Centre combines the best practices of project management and proposal management into a unified, coherent approach:
- We assess every opportunity
We develop an understanding of the buyer’s expectations and assess your ability to meet their requirements while achieving your business goals.
- We support you in making an objective “Bid/No Bid” decision
We provide objective counsel on whether or not to pursue an opportunity. We consider factors that include the likelihood of proposal and project success, investment required, and long-term benefits/impacts.

We develop a comprehensive SmartShell© that serves as the ultimate proposal roadmap guiding the proposal from creation to completion. The SmartShell© is an innovative technique developed by The Proposal Centre to keep proposal teams focused and productive.
- We manage and develop the proposal
We use an iterative, collaborative approach to complete, review and refine the proposal into a professional and highly responsive submission. Depending on each client’s preferences, this step may include full proposal development (including creation of new material), management and coordination of a proposal team, or leading a review on a nearly complete proposal.
- We finalize, publish and deliver the proposal
We perform a final review and edit of the proposal and provide a final draft for approval prior to publishing. We can publish proposals onsite and arrange for proposal signature and delivery.
- We continue to support our clients after proposal submission
We collect all final documents and submit these to our clients for their records. We also review the process with our clients to help improve future proposal efforts.
We stay engaged after proposal submission to help with any questions that arise throughout the evaluation, negotiation and contract award phases. We can also provide additional support in preparing for interviews or presentations. We join our clients for proposal debriefs after contract award - a critical activity for improving future bids.
