Opportunity Assessment
Once we identify a promising opportunity (either through MERX or some other source), we assess client credentials and capabilities against the requirements of the RFP. We take into account many factors such as the likelihood of winning, the ability to make a profit, and the effort required to complete the bid. We provide an objective report regarding the opportunity that outlines tangible and intangible factors affecting the bid-no bid decision.

Proposal Writing, Management, and Review
We work with our clients to produce proposals of the highest quality. In our full-service proposal development model we do the bulk of the planning, writing, editing, reviewing, printing and publishing of the proposal, and rely on our clients to provide the necessary background information and subject matter expertise. We also customize our engagement by focusing on the development of our proposal SmartShell©, performing a review of the near-final proposal and coaching a client through the proposal writing process.

Other Services
The Proposal Centre offers consulting services for companies that want to design/improve their own proposal development process and establish their own proposal/boilerplate library. These services can include an assessment of their current environment and processes, as well as infrastructure setup and training.
