The Proposal Centre Approach | Management | Project Summaries

Management Consulting Firm
A management consulting firm outsourced its proposal operations to The Proposal Centre in 2005, successfully growing the business in sectors that include the federal government, health care, and the not-for-profit sector, and doubling the number of associates with billable hours in the process.

Printing Company
In less than one week, The Proposal Centre rescued and rewrote a large technical proposal for a growing printing services company, including the documentation of work procedures, allowing them to compete for government business with the largest firms on an equal footing.

Translation Services
While managing a major proposal for translation services, The Proposal Centre designed a working Quality System for the bidding firm. The proposal led to the awarding of a contract in a higher tier of services (10,000 words/day) than that previously provided by the firm (contracts for 2,500 words/day).

IT Staffing Agency
When a professional IT staffing agency was overloaded, The Proposal Centre led a proposal in response to a call-up on a provincial standing offer. Agency management was so impressed with the work, they approached The Proposal Centre with potential partnership arrangements to collaborate on future opportunities.

Agricultural Training Consortium
On behalf of an agricultural training consortium, The Proposal Centre prepared a detailed technical response to an international training services RFP. The consortium’s technical response scored first in its category, almost overcoming a price differential of 50% between it and the winning bid.
