The Proposal Centre is led by Keith Parker, Managing Director. Keith is a seasoned proposal manager and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than eight years of dedicated experience in all aspects of proposal preparation and solution design.

Keith has helped firms of all sizes successfully compete for government business. Since leaving IBM Canada Ltd. in 2004 Keith has developed several innovations and adaptations to proposal writing best practices that have enabled small and medium-sized firms to bid successfully against larger more established firms for contracts, standing offers, supply arrangements, and vendor of record contract vehicles. Keith’s hands-on approach has made him a trusted advisor to many of his clients and helps ensure that The Proposal Centre’s high standards for quality are maintained.

Keith is a proven leader in the community and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as President of the Riverside South Community Association, and as Chair of the City of Ottawa Roads and Cycling Advisory Committee. In 2009 he was recognized as one of Ottawa’s “Forty under 40” business leaders by the Ottawa Business Journal.

The Proposal Centre also has a carefully selected network of proposal professionals who can be called upon as needed to satisfy client requirements during peak periods or to handle special requests.
